Things I really appreciate; great trainers, interesting workouts, friendly people, clean environment.Posted on Google ElizaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I feel so lucky to have found Sadie and the team at Goddesslife! Training can be fun!!! I had never done personal training and was stoked to learn a female only studio was only minutes away! I started going twice a week and quickly bumped it up to 4 times. I do a mixture of 3:1, 2:1 and 1:1 sessions. I love my workout buddies and having the balance of one session with just a trainer. The care and support - sometimes nurturing, sometimes disciplined - to help me reach my goals and keep me in check! I also love all of the women there and feel so privileged to be apart of a space for women of all shapes, sizes and ages. I have found my place and thank you endlessly Sadie Dahna Jasmine and Sue 🤍Posted on Google Lauren RussellTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been going here consistently (~2x per week) for about three years now. Every trainer I have had has been amazing. When I began, I could barely do one push up and was so unfit I primarily did unweighted training. My confidence has drastically increased. I have PBs of 130kg in glute drive and over 100kg deadlifts. I'm thrashing my friends at arm wrestling competitions in the pub and squatting my boyfriend. The focus here is on making sure your program is achievable and realistic for you and your lifestyle, too often programs require 4 days or more or aren't able to adapt to your needs which means retention drops off. To see progress, you need to be consistent. Could I now go to the gym by myself? Probably. Do I prefer the structured environment and offloading the mental load of doing my own program? Yes. Also big pro: no stinky grunting men anywhere telling you your form is off. There is catharsis in being able to go full goblin mode with minimal chance of being perceived. Slay.Posted on Google Lindsay WilkinsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Goddess has become so much a part of my life. It is just as much a community as it is a gym, including the trainers and the trainees. it has always been inviting from the first day.Posted on Google Lenny BarrasTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Sadie and the team at Goddesslife have been so good to work with. Sadie has helped me build postpartum strength with personalised training. Building on my capacity and working with how my body is feeling each session. The team of trainers who run the group sessions have been so encouraging and fun! There is a nice community feel to the group sessions, which I have enjoyed as well.Posted on Google Alicia ATrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve been training with Sadie for some time now, and I can’t recommend her enough! Her extensive experience in prenatal training was incredibly helpful while I prepare my body for pregnancy. She has such a deep understanding of the body and knows how to work with any issues that arise, especially when it comes to my lower back. I’ve struggled with some discomfort in that area, but Sadie is always so attentive, offering modifications and exercises that help relieve tension and strengthen muscles without causing strain. What truly sets Sadie apart is her holistic approach to health. She doesn't just focus on the workout itself but also offers valuable advice on nutrition, recovery, and overall well-being. Her sessions are always personalised, and I can tell she genuinely cares about my long-term health and fitness goals. Sadie has made a huge impact on my strength and mobility, and I’m so grateful for her expertise and the level of care she brings to every session. She was the perfect start i needed to get back to my fit self. Highly recommend! Thank you!Posted on Google Chloe MenagerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Goddesslife has truly been a life changer for me, and I don’t say that lightly. I reached out to them at a point in my life when I desperately needed help and structure to get back into exercise. From the moment I started, I was welcomed with genuine care and given a program tailored to my needs and abilities. I’ve never felt judged, every time I leave a session, I feel empowered both physically and mentally. This isn’t about toxic diet culture or quick-fix weight loss; it’s about building a healthier lifestyle, showing up consistently, doing your best, and staying committed. Sadie knows exactly how to push you while also recognising when you need to rest and prioritise your physical and mental well-being. Her expertise is truly impressive, she knows so much, and what’s even more remarkable is how generously she shares that knowledge. Her guidance on technique is incredibly valuable and always spot on. The community Sadie has built with Goddesslife is amazing and I’m beyond grateful to be a part of it. It’s such a positive, uplifting space. I’ve only been going for nine months, but the progress I’ve made is astonishing, I’m so proud of my journey so far. I feel stronger, more energetic, and I never thought I’d fall in love with weightlifting, but here I am! I’m capable of so much more now, and my quality of life improves every day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Sadie, you’re not just an outstanding trainer, but an incredible human being as well!Posted on Google Katelyn ButterssTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
