Got Questions? We’ve Got You.

Here’s everything you need to know before getting started at Goddesslife

Starting something new can come with a lot of questions, and that’s completely normal.

Whether you’re unsure where to begin, which option is right for you, or how everything works, we’ve answered the most common questions below to help guide you.

And if you’re still unsure, you can always reach out. We’re here to help.

We don’t offer trial sessions, and that’s intentional.

At Goddesslife, everything we do is personalised and designed to deliver real, long-term results. A one-off session doesn’t give you the full experience of how we coach, support and structure your training.

Instead, we take the time to understand your goals, your lifestyle and what you’re looking for, and guide you into the right option from the beginning so you can get the most out of your training.

Once you enquire and we understand what you need, we’ll walk you through the pricing and what’s included so you can make an informed decision.

Our studio is located at: 3/951 Sydney Road, Coburg North

Please note we are not a walk in studio and operate via appointment only.

No, all of our in-person sessions are run exclusively from our Coburg North studio.

We’ve created this space specifically to provide a high-quality training environment where you can feel supported, focused and comfortable, which is something we can’t replicate through mobile sessions.

All of our services are set up via weekly direct debit.

This structure helps you stay consistent and committed to your training, without needing to manually organise payments each week. It also allows us to hold your place in your selected sessions or schedule.

Not at all. We work with women at all stages of their fitness journey, from complete beginners to those already training consistently. Everything is tailored to your starting point, so you’ll never feel out of place or left behind.

All you need to bring is yourself, a drink bottle and clothes you feel comfortable moving in.

We’ll guide you through everything else, including what to expect, how sessions run and how to get the most out of your training.

Goddesslife isn’t a traditional gym where you’re left to figure things out on your own.

We provide structured, coached training in a female-only environment, where you’re guided through every session and supported throughout your journey.

It’s the combination of personalised programming, expert coaching and a strong community that makes the biggest difference.

The best way to start is by filling out one of our enquiry forms on the website, you will find these on our services pages. Otherwise you can visit our contact page.

From there, we’ll reach out to learn more about your goals and guide you towards the best option for you.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24–48 hours.

If you haven’t heard from us within that time, feel free to follow up, as sometimes messages can get lost.

That’s completely normal, and something we hear all the time.

Most of our clients felt the same way before starting. That’s exactly why we’ve created a space that feels welcoming, supportive and non-intimidating, so you can ease into your training feeling comfortable and confident.

1:1 personal training is fully private coaching where your trainer works with you one-on-one, giving you complete attention and support.

2:1 and 3:1 allow you to train alongside one or two others while still following your own personalised program. You’ll still receive close coaching, guidance and support, just in a shared setting. This is great for people who enjoy working out with others, and prefer a lower investment to 1:1 Personal Training.

Yes, absolutely. We regularly work with clients who have injuries or limitations. Your program will be tailored to your body and your needs, ensuring that all exercises are safe, appropriate and still help you make progress.

If you’re a low risk pregnancy then absolutely. We are highly trained in working with both pregnant and postpartum clients and will adjust your training to suit your stage, your recovery and your individual needs.

For post-partum mums, you will need to wait for your 6 week clearance appointment with your doctor or physiotherapist.

This depends on your goals, your current fitness level and your lifestyle.

Some clients train once per week, while others train multiple times. We’ll guide you on what will work best for you to see results while still staying consistent.

Yes, every personal training session is completely customised. We don’t use templates or pre-made programs. Everything is designed specifically for you, your goals and your lifestyle.

Yes. You’ll receive ongoing support, guidance and accountability between sessions, including access to our resources hub and communication through the app.

That’s completely fine. We’ll guide you through everything step by step, including technique, structure and how to approach your training so you feel confident from the beginning.

Personal Training Sessions run for 30 minutes.

Yes. We place a strong emphasis on correct form and technique to ensure you’re training safely and effectively, while also building confidence in your movements.

Yes. You can join 2:1 or 3:1 sessions with a friend or family member, or we can match you with others if you prefer.

Results will vary depending on your consistency, goals and starting point.

However, most clients notice improvements in strength, confidence, energy levels and overall fitness when they commit to the process.

If you’re looking for a more personalised, hands-on approach with higher levels of support, guidance and accountability, personal training is usually the best fit.

Each session is capped at a maximum of 10 women.

This is a big part of what makes our sessions different. You’re not training in a crowded class where you’re overlooked, you’re in a small, supportive group where our trainers can actually coach you, correct your form and make sure you’re getting the most out of every exercise.

Each session runs for 30 minutes.

They’re designed to be efficient, effective and easy to fit into your routine. Because the sessions are structured and coached properly, 30 minutes is more than enough to see results when you stay consistent week to week.

Every session is fully guided by one of our trainers.

You’ll be taken through a structured workout where each exercise is explained clearly, your form is corrected where needed, and you’re supported throughout the entire session.

The classes are set up in stations, and you rotate through each exercise until completed.

Our sessions are a combination of strength and conditioning.

This means you’ll be building strength, improving fitness and working on overall body composition, all within a structured and progressive program designed to get results.

No, and this is where we’re very different. Unlike large group classes, our sessions are capped, structured and coached. You’re not just following along, you’re being guided, corrected and supported throughout.

It’s the perfect balance between personal training and group training.

Yes. Even though you’re training in a group, the small group size allows our trainers to still give you individual attention. We’ll correct your form, adjust exercises where needed and make sure you’re progressing safely and effectively.

Not at all. We welcome women of all fitness levels. Whether you’re just starting out or already in a routine, we’ll support you and help you progress at your own pace.

Yes. You can select the session times that best suit your schedule, making it easier to build a routine that works for your lifestyle. To view the current schedule, visit the Fitter Goddess Membership page here.

This depends on your membership level and your goals.

Some women start with 2 sessions per week, while others train more frequently. We’ll help guide you on what will work best for you to stay consistent and see results.

Yes, absolutely. Because our sessions are structured, programmed and coached properly, they’re designed to get the most out of your time. When you stay consistent, 30-40 minute sessions are more than enough to build strength, improve fitness and see real progress. We’re about training smarter, not harder.

This is one of the most common concerns we hear, and completely understandable.

That’s exactly why Goddesslife exists. Our environment is designed to feel welcoming, supportive and non-intimidating. Our trainers will guide you through everything, and the women in the room are all on their own journey too.

You won’t feel out of place here.

It’s the combination of structure, coaching and community.

You’re not just showing up to a class, you’re part of a supportive environment where you’re guided, encouraged and held accountable.

It’s more personalised than a typical group class, more affordable than 1:1 personal training, and designed to help you stay consistent long-term.

Now it’s just about choosing the right option for you.
