How do I access the studio?
We operate via appointment only and aren’t open for public use. This is to ensure our studio space is safe and non-intimidating. If you’d like to access our studio, you will need to make an appointment for your visit by filling out an enquiry form or contacting 0448909033
What should I bring to my training session?
Yourself, a towel, a bottle of water and your favourite workout gear that you are most comfortable in. Most importantly a ready to go attitude!
Is there parking?
Yes. We are a shop front boutique studio with convenient free parking available
Is public transport available?
Yes. We have convenient bus stops outside of our studio located on Sydney Road as well as a short walk from the route 19 Bakers Rd, Coburg North tram stop.
What is small group training?
Small group training is designed for a community of like minded individuals who will come together to share the training session. Small group training is a more cost effective way of training compared to one on one training. You will be in a small group with other like minded women, supportive women whom you will be sharing the training session alongside similar experiences with. You will be working out at your own pace without the intimidation of a competitive environment. If you are searching for training alongside others, this is the option for you.
What is 1:1 personal training?
One on one personal training is designed specifically to you are your goals/needs. Our experienced trainer will conduct a thorough goal setting session with you to get an in depth understanding of you and your goals to ensure you are set to achieve your health and fitness goals in the best way possible. Throughout your one on one training journey, our experienced trainer will educate you on all aspects of health, fitness and exercise to ensure you are progressing and implementing lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes.
Can I train with a friend?
Absolutely, this is our 2:1 personal training service. Two on one training is designed for the individual that is searching to commence exercise with a workout buddy. Two on one training will be a shared 30 minute training session with your trainer. You and your workout buddy will work alongside our experienced trainer whilst sharing the training experience with your buddy
What days/times can I train in the studio?
As we operate via appointment only, we will book in your sessions via communication each week which will give you the flexibility you need. We understand that people’s schedules can rapidly change and we offer that flexibility so you aren’t locked into specific days/times that aren’t realistic to you. We are here to make your life easier, not harder. We open as early as 5am and also have late arvo/evening session availability from Monday-Saturday, again, via appointment only.
How long are the training sessions?
All of our sessions are 30 minutes each. We acknowledge that many women live busy lives and don’t have the time to spend hours on exercise so our sessions are convenient and affective.
